Taking a product from the bench to the commercial scale is no small feat. Many processing, sourcing, packaging and formulation nuances can have a significant impact on the quality of your final production scale product. Working together with your manufacturing in-house team or partner, we can ensure a successful production scale-up through various critical scale-up activities and validation processes.
All projects, whether a new product launch or a SKU renovation, require strong project management to achieve your goals on time and on budget. I will work with you to strategize your team’s project into actionable work streams, with clear success criteria, stakeholders, and risk management plans. The difference between a successful project and a ‘miss’ comes down to the details.
Stage gate. We’ve all heard of it and some of us avoid it (aye, bureaucracy!) Stage gates are powerful tools that, when modified for the scale of the organization, can be a cross functional superpower to bring numerous work streams together and drive alignment across organizations. I will work with your organization to develop a customized stage gate process, tailored to your organization's needs and culture. Once designed, I will then work with your organization to train teams on how to effectively use and implement stage gate practices into projects of all sizes.

Hello! My name is Kaela Dziwulski. With over a decade of experience identifying and commercializing new consumer products in CPG/Food, Supplements, Cannabis, and Natural Beauty categories, I bring a unique mix of technical expertise and consumer-first strategic thinking to new innovations.

Beginning my career in technical product and process development roles, I have a deep appreciation for the scientific exploration and development processes. This has allowed me to work seamlessly with technical and business-facing teams to facilitate critical launch work streams, ensuring technical excellence and effective product marketing of new offerings. My ability to effectively build cross functional relationships, coupled with proactive critical path management and unique problem solving strategies, has allowed me to drive innovations to market with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

Over the course of numerous product launches with organizations at various phases of growth, I have honed my skills in product lifecycle management, innovation product development, stage gate execution, and value stream management within Retail, Foodservice, and E-Commerce channels.

Based in Southern California. In my spare time, I enjoy time spent outdoors with my family and trying new foods.
